The purpose of these Architectural Guidelines is to familiarise homeowners with the objectives, scope and application of design standards intended to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the entire community for all residents. Alterations, additions and decorations to the exterior of the unit or any part of the common areas, including but not limited to doors, windows and window coverings, are prohibited. The Architectural Guidelines have been designed to:

  • control the external appearance of the community (including the common areas and buildings)
  • preserve the design integrity and architectural quality of the community
  • recognise the different needs of the homeowners and occupiers of the community, while showing proper regard to the common interest of all
  • maintain the high aesthetic standards that make the community an attractive and desirable place to reside or operate a business
  • uphold property values for homeowners
