Safety measures may have introduced social distancing measures among residents, service providers and ECM staff, but the spirit of Ramadan brought the community closer than ever. Over 151,000 Iftar meals were distributed to service providers across 11 main locations, with several communities allocating spaces where the workers could break their fast, while adhering to the recommended distance.

Even those who could not attend weren’t left out, as meals were directly delivered to campsites. As always, the ECM team went above and beyond to ensure the spirit of Ramadan truly resonated throughout the community.
